Parent Feedback:
"It did not matter how many times I explained his condition they always said it was trauma. I have used this card several times and bought the others now. I feel like I am finally heard, when I give it out people want to know more or where they do exactly what is needed and it says on the card.
I wish I had of had one years ago. Thank you"

"My son fell over badly at School, I had given a card to his teaching assistant where she handed it to the nurse at A & E, it was like me being there (until I could) and even then the nurse had us put in a quiet area away from noise, the doctor was the only one who spoke, he said he 'would not overwhelm him'.
He said I could stay with him the whole time and made sure he didnt ask any questions about birth history in front of him. It was incredible. Thank you."

"My daughter was booked in to have a small operation, I bought several as I knew everytime bloods were taken, or luuch was ordered that people would try and talk about her condition in front of her. When we were admitted I gave it to the nurse who put it in our notes, incredibly every time that someone came to speak to my child they had told me that they had seen the card. Even the anethatist came over to me and said that he had seen the card and would be taking good care of her and would make sure all the team in recovery would see it too.
I cannot begin to tell you the difference this made to what was normally a really stressful environment for us. Thank you everyone for making this happen. "
