Carers & Parents told us they needed something they could dicretely hand to someone when their child or adult was esculating or in a meltdown.

Where saying anything to anyone or picking up the phone for help might not be a safe option as it might trigger the child or adult your are supporting.

The 'I need help' card offers gentle support but very clear instructions of how others might help you.

Parent Feedback:

"The card helps me to remember to breathe, where I know when my son is building that I have the card with me to give to anyone without having to say anything. I used it yesterday when he would not leave the shop. I gave it very quietly to the shop assistant who gave the number on my phone a ring and where I was able to get my Mum to switch over with me.

This was enough to totally switch him. I would not be without the card now. I can use my phone when his bottle of coke is being shaken. Its like having someone with me all the time now. Thank you"
